System Architecture

The architecture is the product logic.

This page explains how a request becomes governed work: people interact with RalphiIA; RalphiIA reads memory and state; InnerOS routes tasks to agents, models, tools and servers; InnerOps turns the result into business workflows; evidence and approvals close the loop.

Architecture Diagram

From conversation to governed action.

01Human / Voice / UI

Operators ask, approve and supervise.

02RalphiIA

Persistent operational intelligence.

03InnerOS

Memory, agents, models, tools, tasks, guards and devices.

04Local + Cloud Compute

Local-first when control matters; cloud when capability matters.

05Business Systems

Quotes, workforce, field service, security, documents and evidence.

Layer 1: Human interface

Voice, chat, browser UI, WhatsApp, email, forms and dashboards are entry points, not the whole system.

Layer 2: RalphiIA

RalphiIA interprets intent, retrieves context, selects workflows, asks for missing information and keeps humans in the loop.

Layer 3: InnerOS

InnerOS coordinates memory, task state, agent registry, MCP tools, model routing, file/document context, devices and server execution.

Layer 4: Compute fabric

Local AMD/Intel nodes handle private and repeatable work; cloud providers handle public endpoints, burst capability and advanced model needs.

Layer 5: Business operations

Workforce, security, field service, quote delivery, documents, client context and investor/build evidence become usable products.

Request lifecycle

Every serious action should move through intent, context retrieval, plan, execution, evidence, approval where needed, delivery and memory update.

Public/private boundary

Architecture diagrams can explain how the system works without publishing private endpoints, IPs, credentials or customer data.
